I miei Maestri e Insegnanti – My Guru and my Instructors

A big yogy that after years of self-managed hermitage in humble yet extreme restrictions in the mountains of Nepal near the Vajrayogini temple in Parping, Nepal, aided in this by the yogini Ani Dawa, became the spiritual guide of the Longchen Nyingtik lineage nuns' retreats of 3 years, 3 months, and 3 days.
Some of them have been and are my personal guides, like stars that have shown and continue to show me the Essence and the Path, the pure Dharma.
Others have kindly given me transmissions and tools that have been fundamental to my inner journey.
Others are ordinary practitioners and instructors that help me a lot for the development of my practice and my ability to help others to practice
